To assure your satisfaction, all picture and item framing work carried out by Frame Today comes with our Lifetime Product Warranty. This quality assurance applies to all framing services and products, including our Same Day Framing Essentials range and Everyday ready made range.
What's Covered
Our Lifetime Product Warranty covers all materials and workmanship on your framing - the frame, glass, matboard, backing board and hanger - for as long as you own it. It applies across all of our framing services and products, including our Same Day Framing Essentials range, our Everyday ready-made range, and our Framed Mirrors.
What's Not Covered
Because we can only stand behind what we've made, this warranty doesn't cover damage caused by careless handling, mistreatment or outdoor use, and it doesn't apply if you've changed your mind or if an item is returned altered from its original state. It also only covers the framing itself - not the artwork, photo or item inside it, or any damage to walls, floors or other property. This works alongside the Damages section of our Terms & Conditions, which covers care of your framing once you've taken it home. This guarantee exists in addition to all of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which may still apply regardless of these terms.
We guarantee that if you are not satisfied with the final quality of the work completed, simply bring the product back in store and we will repair or replace the faulty or damaged components at no additional cost.
